Permanent

Placing candidates in permanent positions is a skilled professional task. It is important that each recruit has the right skills and competencies you require, but equally that their values and behaviours are aligned to your company.

Interim

By their very nature, interim positions are filled for a specific and often short period of time - generally 3-12 months.

The resource pool includes change agents, used to running often complex change projects within organisations, as well as steady state experts, ideal for maternity or sabbatical replacement.

Project

Our portfolio of project managers all have supply chain industry backgrounds and detailed project management experience, so they are ready to add value to your organisation from day 1.

 

They are available on a day hire right through to full-time projects on a contract length to meet your requirements.

 

Some of our project managers also have programme office management backgrounds, making them ideal to coordinate, manage and track a complex series of projects simultaneously.

How we operate

We understand our clients in depth and place equal emphasis on both the client and candidate service need. Truly understanding the candidate motivation for seeking a placement is just as important as understanding the client motivation.

Many of our candidates will also have worked in Slater Austin’s consultancy division, so we have a first-hand understanding of how they thrive in the workplace. We are engaged by our clients on an assignment basis and are rewarded according to successful placement. The assignment may be to seek fulfilment of a selection of roles on a continuous basis, or for a specific one-off requirement.
